Dr. Susan Sheahan DMD graduated from Nova Southeastern University and has over 20 years of experience. She was awarded a scholarship from the United States Air Force and attended the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program while in the Air Force. She is a Liaison for the American Academy of Physiological Medicine and Dentistry, an Ambassador for The Breathe Institute, a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, American Academy of Sleep Medicine, International Affiliation of Tongue Tie Professionals, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. She is the founder of Breathing and Functional Dentistry and teaches on various dental topics. She enjoys volunteering for her church and spending time with her horses.

Dr Christina Legradi graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry. It is her passion to provide dental services to all ages including pediatric dentistry. She loves getting to know patients on a personal level and making them feel comfortable during their visit. Dr. Legradi enjoys spending time with her husband and gardening in Bradenton.

Dr. Dana Lucy, DMD, graduated from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine - Arizona and was elected into Omicron Kappa Upsilon national dental honor fraternity. She has a master's of science degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. She has a bachelor's of arts degree from Northwestern University. She is eager to provide excellent dental care with her professional skills and talent in general and family dentistry including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, endodontics, veneers and whitening. She lives in Lakewood Ranch and enjoys swimming, reading, painting, and going to the beach.

Dr. Douglas Wasson DDS, MS, FACP is a board certified prosthodontist. As an expert in full mouth rehabilitation, he is trained to manage complex dental treatments including crowns, bridges, dentures, partials and implants. He served in the United States Air Force for over 20 years. Everyone loves his gentle nature and caring attitude. He and his wife enjoy spending time with their grandchildren.

Michelle Williams is our office manager and pays special attention to every detail. She is skilled at handling insurance and giving payment options. She professionally treats every patient with respect and individualism. She has a wealth of knowledge in helping patients navigate through treatment and financial options. She is a leader at Cortez Dental and we are blessed to have her.
